Terms & Conditions

Important guidelines for your tree delivery and care instructions.

  • Please ensure your order is paid in full three business days prior to delivery. If the payment is not received in full prior to delivery, we reserve the right to refuse delivery.

  • We reserve the right to take photos of trees once they are set up and use them for promotional purposes both on our website and on social media.

  • Our delivery stock are our premium trees. Should you be unhappy with your tree please make us aware within 24 hours of delivery. We are happy to provide a full refund and remove your tree. Unfortunately, we cannot provide a replacement.

  • Our trees are freshly cut prior to delivery. We will also provide you with tree care instructions to help you keep your tree as fresh as possible until Christmas. Once the tree leaves us, it is fully in your care and your responsibility. Therefore, we do not take responsibility if your tree dies and do not provide refunds or replacements under these circumstances.

  • If you have purchased a tree from one of our sites and you are unhappy with your tree or there is another issue, please make us aware within 48 hours from the date of purchase. After this time frame, we do not take responsibility if your tree dies and do not provide refunds or replacements under these circumstances.

  • Please remember, we will try our best to deliver during your requested delivery time but we cannot guarantee this. In case we are delayed, please ensure a bucket of water is available somewhere safe for our delivery team.

  • If you have requested a roadside pick up, your tree must be on the verge before 7am on the day you have requested. Your tree will not be collected if it is not visible from the street.
